Beautiful hotel with delicious food in the restaurant, nice infinity pool, and comfy rooms. The staff are great. Highly recommended.

We were there for lunch and ordered gratin aux legumes, but it wasn't a gratin at all. We returned the dish and complained, but the chef didn't come to attend to us (very unprofessional). Moreover, we had to pay for the dishes we didn't eat and it was quite expensive . The cake was good, so two stars (cheers!). Quite a deceptive experience for such hotel that offers a beautiful sea view.

I feel like this is not the worst place you can stay, I did not stay here, but do have a complaint. I called the other day to ask if I could, as a non guest, make use of the fitness room in the hotel. To my surprise the receptionist told me if I payed it would be fine to use the gym. So I drove from the other side of the island towards this resort to get told. “No you won’t get in when you’re not a guest”. Well thanks for that, at least a “sorry for not having the balls to give a honest answer to your question” would be fair.
