Andronis Arcadia Hotel

Everything was perfect – especially thanks to Mariana! We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was top-notch: the warm welcome, the spotless rooms, the great amenities, and the perfect location. Not a single complaint! What truly made our experience exceptional was Mariana. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Always friendly, professional, and attentive – she’s a real gem! We’ll definitely be coming back. Andronis Arcadia exceeded all expectations. The views were breathtaking, especially the sunset from our private pool. The suite was modern, spacious, and spotless. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast and dining were top quality, with fresh, local ingredients. It’s the perfect place for a luxury escape in Santorini worth every cent. Highly recommended!

I paid an incredible amount for a room, but on the second day, the power went out, leaving us without electricity, and then the room flooded. It took two attempts by housekeeping to get all the water out of our room. The staff was not helpful, and although they offered us a meal at a nearby café, they were defensive about the condition of the room. You would expect better service and treatment from a luxury hotel. This hotel is certainly not a 4 or 5-star property. Additionally, the restaurant did not have enough staff for breakfast, and those who were there appeared overworked and stressed. On the positive side, the staff at the pool and spa were lovely. However, the front desk staff were not very accommodating. The view from the hotel is nice, but not exceptional; many places in the world offer similar views of water. Overall, I don't believe it was worth the money.
