I came here a few years ago and it was such a special experience. My friend and I visited for a girls trip. The hotel was lovely, we had bed and breakfast and the breakfast was really good, and refreshing. We would have breakfast and explore for the day, the staff gave us information of excursions in the area and what each one covered, we would be out for lunch and dinner and come back to the hotel for cocktails and their baklava (best baklava ever) the staff were a huge part of our experience when we came here. They gave us so much advice and tips, and told us the best spot for the sunset and they absolutely right! It was so quiet in the spot they told us and we spent most of our evenings there watching the sunset! We spoke to the staff every morning and night and they always checked in on us, you can tell it’s a family hotel! They couldnt do enough for us including carrying our bags to and from our room and even gave us a hug goodbye when we left! Absolutely loved this hotel and one day I will be back, I have recommended this to many people too! 🤍

This place is perfect for your stay in Santorini ! Nice cosy rooms and a delicious restaurant attached next door so they offer breakfast and dinner and the beautiful lady at reception can help you out with beaches to visit, sailing tours and much more. Walking distance to Oia makes this place extremely convenient with a epic view straight across the road

I booked this hotel with a Hot tub for 2 nights 3 days! When I asked them about the hot water at the front desk, they said there are some parts not working and it will be delivered by this evening. The other day it was the same issue! They responded we can not run in this windy weather! The temperature felt like 16 degrees! This was horrible! When I asked to have a word with a manager he offered a bottle of wine worth £20, which I paid for £100 extra for a room with a hot tub! When I asked for a refund via a third party, from which I booked this hotel! They just completely changed the wording and said that the hot tub was working and we offered a wine as well! Such a liar management system! They just don't know how to treat a customer! If things are not working, give the money back! We are here in Santorini for a one-time experience and we paid money for the same! We were not asking for anything extra! Think twice before you book a hotel with such a disappointment and hopeless management system!
