The room was very good But the service isn't clear with us from the beginning . They said there is private hamam for families when we pay and go to find it, it was a mix of men and women with no privacy . And he takes more money than the online offer
You have to study IT in order to connect wife. Had to wait very long to get rooms, even though we gave them checkin time & etc.
Extremaly high Cost and they dont want to send invoice for stay at the hotel. We asked twice the personell to preapre the invoice and they didnt prepare it. They do not answer emails. They promised to send invoice by email but nothing happens...it is not a quality that you wish to have for such price!!!!!
