Anemon Diyarbakır Suit Hotel

We've spent three nights here unwinding after extensive traveling through the mountains. The hotel is very modern, well maintained, and the staff if extremely helpful. Western travelers will find it up to their standards. I would recommend asking the front desk for their favorite local restaurants. Their recommendations were much better than internet ratings.

We chose this hotel again due to its location and our satisfaction with our previous stays. However, the situation we experienced during our last stay was quite disturbing. Our reservation through ETS had been offered a promotional discount and a special additional discount. Despite this, the amount paid during our stay and upon check-out was found to be low, and we were met with a questioning and unnecessary response from hotel staff and management, both when we requested an extension and upon check-out. Having to repeatedly explain that our payment method and amount were determined by promotional/discount policies that were not our responsibility was quite distressing as a guest. This negative experience with guest satisfaction and professionalism was a significant disappointment at a hotel we have long preferred.
