The hotel is located only one row away from the shore of the Black sea. The rooms are spacious, clean and very neat. The view from the windows is something to behold. Apart from language barrier, the staff is very hospitable and supportive. Their breakfast is really good. Wifi could be better though.
A beautiful location, beautiful building, spacious rooms, restaurants and lobby. The roof restaurant is excellent. We loved it. Hotel staff is educated and attentive. The room’s cleanliness is questionable, since there are spots of spilled thing almost on every fabric in the room and specifically the carpet. There are 3 elevators and only 2 were in operation when the 9-floor hotel was completely full - the waiting time was 10-15 minutes. Guests are not permitted to use the stairwell and the elevator wait becomes frustrating.
It’s 25 degrees outside , but inside in the rooms is over 32> . If you know you had guests coming , why don’t you turn on the aircondition on before they come ? It took the very incapable aircondition 3 hours to reduce from 32 to 28 degrees . At night. In the day the room temp doesn’t go below 30. Aircondition is completely incapable for this type of operation. After i went down to the reception to tell them my problem, the staff member gently smiled . No solution was offered . He did send anybody to check it out , no other room was offered or no portable fan was sent . Lock on the room door was broken . No solution was offered. Furthermore , during breakfast , there was no coffee ! Nothing at all! just a package of powder solution for in hot water ! When I asked one of the waiters they gave me the same smile as the receptionist when the aircondition wasn’t working . We’re living in 2025 ! You can’t serve continental breakfast without coffee. I think the hotel crew needs a little training in hospitality and solution-based thinking.
