Tour companies book here for their guests. That means there can be peak hours at the restaurant or at the elevator line. We stayed here 2 nights thanks to Jolly Tour. Check in was a breeze, keys with names on it waiting for us on the counter. The restaurant has enough variety to keep us vegetarians happy. I had issues with the A/C, and the front desk sent someone in seconds. On the other hand, the bathrooms have no ventilation. You can leave the bathroom door open and hope the room fan takes care of it. Snacks in the basket and beverages in the fridge are pricey, that's standard practice with any mini bar I guess. Location is just meh. We went out at night to get dessert, the nearest one was 10 min away. Not much to do unless you take a cab. At least the rooms towards the "courtyard" (i.e. ventilation) don't get affected by the road noise. The bed is hard enough to fix your back.

The hotel is 4 stars. but even not stars. The most important issue is the smell. Not clean. Be careful.

The location of hotel was awesome it was in centre i can say. Except location there was nothing ok. First rooms. Rooms were so bad it was smelling like smoke kinda cigarette. There was only one window which looks inside of the building. The room's ceiling was not high at all and also was so small, it was very claustrophobic. The bathroom was ok at least. There was ac yeah, and was working yeah but NOT EFFICIENT at all. After opened 2-3 hours it started make me feel chill. The food; breakfast and dinner were bad as well. There were not much options to choose. It says 4 Stars hotel but was more like 3 or 2 stars.
