Recommended 👍 😊 The management is very successful in choosing the employees and workers in its hotels. Starting from the reception when I entered the hotel until I left, all faces were smiling and welcoming in a beautiful way. The Hotel location is nice (about 15 minutes by taxi from Mersin otogar terminal) (About 10 minutes by foot to the nearest shopping mall) (About 25 minutes by foot to reach the sea) My comments about the hotel are the following: 1- The breakfast hall is quiet and the service is great, BUT the bagel (simit) were not fresh. 2-The bathroom, as shown in the picture, has an inappropriate place to put the towels. And the toilet seat is small. 3- The double room has a large bed, but it is two uncomfortable attached beds. thanks everyone 😊 you are really amazing stuff.

I have had the pleasure of staying at this hotel more than five times, with one of my stays lasting for two consecutive months. Each visit has been consistently exceptional, leaving me with a strong desire to return time and again. In conclusion, this hotel in Mersin stands out as the epitome of excellence. Its prime location, comfortable accommodations, and the exceptional service provided by Mr. Jalal make it my top choice. Hotel 4 ⭐ but a bit tired. Our family room was clean. But this hotel need a renovation as toilets and bathroom smells a bit. Overall it's a good hotel to stay for few days. Breakfast was good nothing special. Service was good.
