Spacious clear room. All staff were helpful friendly and kind; specially Gemza from reception she was so sweet. Location is very convenient about 10-15 minutes walk from shopping area and cable car.
Great hotel, but one of my main issues was their so called gym, which just had dumbells until 12.5kg (which isn't alot) but other than that the hotel had everything i could ask for.
The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The place is extremely rundown—everything I touch breaks or falls apart easily! The refrigerators don’t work and don’t cool anything. The blankets are very thin, the air conditioner doesn’t work, and the bathroom lights are out. The window in my room has a broken lock, and the room door lock is also broken, which is a major safety concern. The reception service is terrible, and the staff are very rude. The breakfast area is awful and very unhygienic. The only good thing about this place is the view, which is nice to look at—but as for staying here, it’s a terrible experience. Even though this is my second time staying here, this time the condition of the place has become much worse
