Anemon Kent Trabzon Otel

So beautiful and comfy hotel , Location of hotel is located in comfortable place near to airport and near to bus station, Receptionisties are kind , Dishes of restaurant are delicious .

Recently we travelled to Trabzon as members of a group. The image of the hotel appeared as follows - Poor food variety for both breakfast and dinner - Dirty carpets in the corridors of the rooms - Non trained employees i.e. lack of comunication since they speek no foreign language, service staff do not follow health protocols (touching their face and then the fork or spoon for the client, grabb dirty covers and without washing their hands serve other covers etc) - A GREAT EXCEPTION THOUGH, IS mr AZIZ WHO IS WORKING AT THE RECEPTION DESK !! HE APPEARED TO BE THE MOST PROFESSIONAL HOTEL EMPLOYEE I MET THROUGHOUT THIS 6 DAYS ROAD TRIP IN TURKEY !! VERY POLITE, PUNCTUAL, FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO OFFER THE EXPECTED SERVICES. CONGRATULATIONS DEAR MR AZIZ !!! Friendly advise to Anemon Management team: train your employees in order to upgrade your services, since your hotels can be operating succesfully. Last but not least, enhance and support mr Aziz and promote him according to his performance !!!

Our experience at Anemon Hotel was extremely disappointing it destroyedour holiday. The hotel is rated as a 4-star, but it barely deserves even one star. We faced numerous issues that made our stay completely uncomfortable. The first room was very small, with sagging mattresses that made it hard to sleep comfortably. The lighting was poor; some lights were burned out, while others flickered annoyingly. Additionally, there was no hot water to take a shower ( add on that yellow water stain ) and no balconies as shown in the photos. We had to change rooms several times due to air conditioning problems, and even after the maintenance team came, they couldn’t resolve the issue. Eventually, we were told that the air conditioning was fixed at a constant temperature of 25°C with no ability to adjust it, which made it even harder to stay in the room. Moreover, the hotel’s location is very noisy, with loud airplane sounds during takeoff and landing, making it nearly impossible to relax. There were also no staff members who spoke any foreign languages other than Turkish, which made communication and getting assistance quite difficult. The room design is strange; there are connecting doors between rooms, which compromises privacy and makes the stay uncomfortable. The furniture is in terrible condition and looks like it hasn't been maintained in a long time. The swimming pool water is very unclean. In the end, we found ourselves sitting in the lobby after exhausting all solutions suggested by the reception staff, who tried to help but couldn’t improve the situation. This hotel does not meet any acceptable standard of quality and is not suitable for a tourist experience. I do not recommend staying here at all Terribly terrifying experience!
