I had a great experience, the best part of my visit was definitely the service that I received from the workers. All of them were very respectful, patient, friendly and helpful. I would like to praise Berat, Berkan and the other members who’s names I didn’t manage to catch for being very professional, kind and attentive in their duties. :)

Berat our lovely waiter at Breakfast is amazing. Great service, tourist information given and full of kind words. I will say however, being in a room on the 6th floor with broken air conditioning and being told that we didn’t know how to operate it was very disappointing. 3 days waiting to feel cooler. Got a different room on the 4th floor with 2 single broken beds but at least cooler. Windows are broken in the seal, could hear traffic. Not everyone speaks English which should be a must in a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is really nice the rooms big, clean and air conditioning works,some reviews I read before coming made me think twice but to be honest I’ve had no issues! all staff here are welcoming and friendly. Bar man Burat is very polite always jolly. The breakfast is good plenty of selection to be had. The location is great everything close by. Any help I’ve asked form the staff been really helpful. All the facilities are great. Highly recommend to stay here at the Anemon Cigli Hotel
