We stayed in July 2025 in the "Quercia" attic. The apartment was clean and well-appointed, with everything you need (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave). The terrace offers a beautiful view, and there's a freight elevator for direct access to the apartment. The owner, Mr. Sergio Anesi, is always available and very kind, respecting guests' privacy, and his children are also very courteous. I recommend it for its location (very close to Lake Serraia and the town center) and for everything else I've described.
Anita e Sergio sono degli ospiti eccezionali, ormai siamo di casa. Appartamento molto confortevole in ottima posizione per passeggiare sul lago o fare escursioni nei dintorni. Tutti i principali servizi (supermercato, farmacia, pasticceria, panificio, parco giochi) raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. Per noi è un posto del cuore.
Gastvrije en hartelijke ontvangst, mooie locatie vlakbij de voorzieningen. Anita en Sergio hartelijk dank, we hebben een heerlijke week gehad.
