Had a lovely stay, wonderful and friendly staff. The dinner buffet was delicious. Good breakfast buffet had a good selection, but unfortunately it was cold. Otherwise definitely recommend!

A horrible experience. A big issue was the noise — both from outside and within the hotel itself. While I understand that external noise is often out of the hotel’s control, the windows in my room seemed poorly maintained and didn’t shut properly, allowing the outside sounds to be much louder than expected. Inside the hotel, the noise was equally disruptive. I was repeatedly woken up by slamming doors, furniture being moved around, and constant shuffling of probably staff. This kind of activity could easily have been scheduled for daytime hours, rather than causing disturbances during the night. The real problem was the staff and their complete lack of helpfulness and professionalism. When I encountered issues with my reservation, their response was both unhelpful and inefficient, which only made the situation worse. It felt like they were unwilling to take responsibility or offer any real assistance in addressing the errors made. The lack of customer service really added to the overall disappointment of my stay. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and would not recommend this hotel. As a result I will never stay at any Anew Hotel again.
