ANEW Hotel Hluhluwe

The hotel is decent and cozy. There is an interactive Zulu bonfire dance ever evening at 8pm. They serve a delicious buffet breakfast and dinner. The only thing that I didn't like was the shower pressure and water temperature. They were low. Other than that it was almost perfect. Beautiful poolside area and bar as well. I will definitely visit them again 🙂

For the locals to take heed: don't book if the hotel is expecting tour groups. You will not be be provided equal service. This as I sit, finishing my entire 3 course & not 1 Waitron approached to offer the drinks menu. Yet I saw lavish service being bestowed on the tourists. I'm a regular visitor due to business but I will not & neither will I let my employees check in here again.

The food served in the restaurant was awful it was the worst presented and cooked we have suffered in a long time. Truly dissapointung in everyway. We ate here twice in three days the first time the food was off.... i mean not fresh... .. presentation zero marks... we assumed it could not always be bad... but it was worse the second time. How can such an outwardly decent hotel have such a seriously bad chef and such an unappealing presentation ? KFC is far and away better in every way... and so much cheaper !! We will not go back to the Anew Hotel again ... really bad.
