It's such a great hotel in a fantastic location. I've stayed there a few times, and it's the first place I will book whenever I'm in Wilderness or the garden route! Additionally, the staff are always extremely helpful and kind. I especially have to applaud Wilderness Hotel for hiring such honest and caring staff. I recently lost my engagement ring in the pool, and although I feared I would never see it again, two of the staff members went out of their way to find it. Luckily 3 days after leaving the hotel we got a call and it was successfully returned to me ❤️ Thank you from the bottom of my heart
We popped in as outside visitors to grab a breakfast after flying in from Cape Town via George. Aunty Annie took care of us from the moment we walked in till right before we left, making sure we were well fed and even telling us to be safe on the roads. If this is the type of hospitality in the restaurant, I can just imagine the stay here being equally as pleasant.
We were blessed with 2 nights at the Wilderness hotel. Staff were so friendly, from beginning to end. Their buffet breakfast was amazing, especially enjoyed the waffles. The golfers platter was great, portions were big. Was nice to see that they had alcohol free options as well. I would definitely recommend them anytime and look forward to visiting again.
