As many of the other reviews have said the rooms are a little dated however I am under the impression that they are renovating floor by floor. This wasn’t a problem however as we were only in the room for sleeping. The breakfast had a large variety (special mention to the omelette lady!). We had dinner one of the nights we stayed which was 180 dirham per person. I believe it was buffet type however you could order food a La carte from the grill service by the pool. We tried the burger and panini from this (roughly 35/45 dirham for each) and again they were also fresh and tasty. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the pool area was nice to catch a tan. Having seen other reviews from people it is unfortunate that their stay wasn’t similar to ours, however as mentioned we were only in the room to sleep and spent the majority of our day out of the hotel. It is around a 10 minute walk to the beach, and there are also multiple amenities within walking distance such as a convenience store and money exchange place as well as souvenir shops. There was also a cash machine within the hotel lobby. Me and my wife also tried out the hammam and massage service in the hotel (around 300 dirham per person). The massage was nice and the hammam was decent (only decent as I don’t think it was my cup of tea personally). It is unfortunate that many guests experiences weren’t similar to ours however I think we would probably stay again, but only stick to bed and breakfast as there are lots of restaurants on the beachfront to try. Our flight back was quite late but they have a baggage room in which you can leave bags securely.

I have stayed for 2 nights. The room and carpet were pathetic and the door too. No isolation and you can hear all the noise from the rooms next to you. The towels were so old and shabby. Tv service was poor. However the view from the room was fabulous. If the managers spotted this, please do more efforts in term of maintenance and enhancement of the indoor utilities, systems and decoration.

Very bad experience Staff was very rude and unhelpful Manger name (Ibrahim) They were giving us an apartments which we never booked on top of that when we said let's us ring love holiday they never let us use the phone. We have to pay extra £275 to get the room where we already paid £3200 for this holidays honestly this hotel not worthy for money. There was few more guests they were complaining front of us and they have told us they are experiencing the same issue. Definitely 2 stars hotels
