We had an extremely disappointing experience at Anfani Boutique Hotel. We made our reservation and completed payment through Booking.com, yet the hotel charged my card a second time. Despite clear proof of payment, including bank statements confirming the error, i have still not been refunded. This is a straightforward issue, the double payment should be refunded immediately. To make matters worse, the parking facilities are completely inadequate, and the staff were unhelpful, dishonest, and at times blatantly rude. I’ve traveled extensively and stayed at many establishments around the world, but I have rarely encountered such appalling service; especially from a hotel that claims to be “boutique.” Truly a shocking experience from start to finish. Horrible experience, never again! Don‘t expect a 5-star-hotel with international standards. The design may look good, but that is unfortunately the only good thing about this hotel. Rooms are not well cleaned, equipment is poorly (not even tissues and a bin), only two parking lots, you can hear every single noise from the lobby in the room the whole night and waiting time for à la carte breakfast is about one hour. Only one small cup of coffee and a glass of orange juice is complementary. And this is not even the end of the list of complaints. The hotel staff isn’t competent at all. Definitely not a recommendation! You will find a better place in PE!

I was emailed 2 days prior to check in and and we battled to find any further accommodation. Eventually there was a cancellation somewhere else. I booked through a 3rd party and was refunded and compensated but do feel the Hotel should have assisted in finding an alternative. I even emailed and called and emailed a week prior to confirm the reservation and was told its confirmed. I will not recommend this property at all .
