From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive — especially DELSHAN, who took care of us throughout our stay and kindly offered us an upgrade, which we truly appreciated. The room was clean, very spacious, and comfortable, with thoughtful details that made a real difference. Breakfast was of excellent quality, with a variety of options to choose from. As Gold Members, we felt genuinely valued, and the entire team made sure our experience was special in every detail. We would also like to thank SAM from Housekeeping for his attention and care during our stay! Without a doubt, this is a place we would gladly return to.
