Our New Year's Eve experience at this location was a mixed bag. While the property possessed a certain old-world charm and the heated bed added a cozy element, our stay was significantly impacted by excessive noise from downstairs. We contacted the manager but unfortunately didn't receive a reply. The persistent noise kept us awake late into the night. Thankfully, the downstairs guests had departed by the following morning, allowing us to finally get a good night's rest. Beyond the noise issue, the level of service was unremarkable.
I liken it to a spew on a Friday night that’s not found till Monday morning. The sheets had not been changed just pulled up, the room stank, the room was not ready by 3pm, the excuse being too hard to get staff, the gutter had holes it looked like it had been furnished from hard waste or a tip shop, there was no door on the bathroom. We didn’t stay but we paid.
If I could find somewhere I would go and happily do my money. I scold with small room heater heating entire place and no heating in bathroom. You can only get water from sink in bathroom. Would not stay again, is going to be uncomfortable night
