Love this Hotel on every level. Rooms are wonderful… bed.. is wow! Service is friendly and great. The restaurant food is very nice. I had Megan as my server and she was absolutely lovely and pleasant. I will definitely be going back.
I recently had an issue with our booking that we still haven’t attended- this was my own issue not the hotels but after emailing they helped me resolve. Responding to emails quickly and easy. We are looking forward to staying at the hotel and feel more confident that the service will be fabulous with Experiencing this service before beforehand.
I loved this hotel, despite the AC ( there was a heat wave when we visited). Windows were able to be open for a nice breeze though! We loved the location, but next time I would stay more central Edinburgh so we could be close to shopping. The castle was about a 20 minute walk away, all uphill so please take note if you are not able to do so. The breakfast and coffee were fantastic in the hotel. We did not try the food for dinner, but the menu looked amazing. The room was a typical European room and is small, but we made it work. I loved the bed and found it extremely soft that I sunk into it, but my husband could not sleep since it was so soft. I would recommend this hotel.
