We recently stayed 3 nights in this hotel (March 2025) We were very lucky in our room allocation as it had a veranda which overlooked the pool. The room was massive with 2 double beds and a lovely bathroom. Even though the room was directly above the reception it was very quiet. The bed was comfortable and all toiletries were provided free of charge. The room was very clean and the house staff did an excellent job of keeping it so. I was unwell for 24 hours and I must say the staff went out of their way to do all they could to help. They provided free tea and toast, delivering it to the room. I cannot praise the staff enough. They were absolutely fantastic, so professional and courteous. Breakfast meals had a wide variety of hot and cold foods. The hotel is in an excellent position, close to the river, markets and temples. The are felt very safe.
The room is huge with lovely pool. It has a great location close to everything. The staff is definitely something that make people keep coming back very helpful and smiling
First rate, modern hotel, in an excellent location, with an extremely helpful staff, eager to help you with reserving tours or suggesting restaurants, as they did for me. I look forward to returning and seeing all their beautiful smiling faces again.
