As I walked into Angkor Century Resort and Spa, I was instantly embraced by a sense of calm and luxury. The lush tropical gardens, the soft sounds of nature, and the elegant Khmer architecture made me feel like I had stepped into a peaceful sanctuary. Every corner of the resort radiated charm and hospitality, and the smiles of the staff added to the warmth of the experience. The pool area was a tranquil escape, and the spa treatments were incredibly rejuvenating after long days of exploring. Being here felt like a perfect blend of culture, comfort, and relaxation—a true gem in the heart of Siem Reap.

My partner and I are having a lovely stay. The hotel is quiet (not outside a noisy pub) and staff was professional and friendly. We have booked the place for an event later this year. This place is good value for money and the place is very clean and tidy. The team working here really do make the stay well worth it.

Very disappointed. This hotel is dated but that's easy to ignore, what we couldn't ignore was the lack of service and extremely hard beds. We booked and paid for 4 nights and left after one night mainly due to lack of sleep caused by external noises and a very hard and uncomfortable bed. But also due to the non existence of bar service at the pool. It was a 80 metre walk across hot concrete to a bar. This is an amazingly large hotel in a good location but it was almost empty. There was no bar service at the pool and also very little shade near the pool which was disappointing as it's a wonderful big pool. Right from the outset when we checked in the service was not great, we were sat in the foyer to wait and the front desk staff had very limited english. We were then expected to order our breakfast for the 4 days in advance (no buffet) and given breakfast vouchers. Next morning we asked the front desk if they had rooms with softer beds and we're advised they would speak to the manager. By 10 am nobody had spoken to us about the problem and we checked out and moved to another hotel. It pains me to complain about anything in Cambodia especially the people and staff, but after previously staying at a different Siem Reap hotel and moving to this one expecting it to be even better we were very disappointed. Weirdly, when we checked out 3 days early, the manager advised us he had added a topper to our bed to soften it, however no staff member had communicated it to us and by that time we had found another hotel.
