I came with a large group for 4 nights and I had a great stay. The place is calm, the staff is welcoming and the rooms are extremely clean and big. The mattress is a little too firm for me. I ordered room service twice and it was delicious. The staff is very helpful even though their English is not always the best, I had an issue with the AC and they came immediately to fix it. It’s not located far from the center and there plenty of tuk tuk outside the hotel that can take you anywhere you want.

Stayed in this resort for a week. It's an easy ride to city centre....night market, pub street, khemer food market. The hotel is clean. Staff is very friendly and smiling. The room is spacious but bit tired. Toiletries are of low quality and there is no conditioner or moisturiser. Swimming pool is exceptionally clean

Maybe its just because of the off season, but this place was an eerie, liminal space with The Shining vibes. The place is massive - there are like 3 different restaurants and different giant lounges around with absolutely no one. Theres signage around that due to Covid-19 some facilities have been shut down... And still not open in 2025. The gym, the sauna, all but one resturant, and all the cafes and lounges. The rooms were clean and fine. The shower sucked - it leaked through the cracks of the glass door and there was almost zero hot water our entire 4 day stay. Just above lukewarm at best. Even when we were one of maybe 10 other groups of guests I saw. But there was a separate tub which was nice, I guess you could only use it for an ice bath! The little booklet they have in the rooms with the menu and call number and stuff said they "hoped to go fully green by 2014." Hasnt been updated in 11 years? Are they even environmentally efficient yet? So many questions. Its located far from the center of town (about an 8 minite tuk tuk ride) and all the signage is in english and chinese. They only have China Daily available. Overall feels like some failing hotel or some "foreign investment" scheme to keep it going. Other "5 star" hotels in the town are at least double if not triple the price here. Not fully sure how its 5 stars. A deal too good to be true. The saving grace is the wonder staff. All friendly, attentive, and they want to help you! Very nice people.
