Angsana Laguna Phuket

We stayed in a duplex room with a beautiful lake view and were really impressed. The room was modern, very clean, and the TV was large and high-quality. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options every morning. All the staff were extremely helpful and genuinely friendly, which made the stay even more pleasant. The hotel amenities were also great the pool was big and well maintained, and we loved that guests could use water equipment like kayaks for free to explore the lake around the hotel. Overall, a fantastic experience and highly recommended.

The hotel was absolutely amazing – from the design and atmosphere to the staff and facilities. The rooms were stunning, with large windows overlooking the lake and wildlife. The pools were excellent, especially the one with the sand. Breakfast was rich and delicious, and the staff was always friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Our kids had a fantastic time at the children’s area, enjoying the games and activities. The staff there was very attentive and engaging, making sure they were entertained and happy throughout our stay.

Overall excellent stay. Unfortunate to have the renovation at the time we stayed, but we can see the property needs it and will be better when it's done. The need for renovation is the main reason for the last star missing. The food offering in general needs to be elevated. Service at the reception was excellent, but the pool bar staff were not as attentive or service oriented. Otherwise the service is good, and the duplex is perfect for families.
