We stayed in this hotel during our visit to Armenia.. iys nice and quite hotel room and services were good and the break fast is delicious.. also the location is good it's near Ghom market and 15 minutes walking to Republic square
The hotel is okay. The room was big, clean, and tidy, with comfortable beds. There were bathrobes, slippers, and a safe in the room. The hotel is a bit old. For ironing, there was one ironing board in the hallway that everyone had to use. Breakfast was fine — you can find something to eat, but the breakfast area was stuffy and not well-ventilated. On our first day, there was a guy at the reception who helped us a lot — he booked a restaurant for us and was really friendly. In general, the staff were nice and helpful. The location is good. It’s close to everything. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the restaurant street near Cascade and about 18 minutes to Republic Square.
Located in a busy street with heavy traffic and smog. We were upgraded to a huge two-bathroom suite, which was much appreciated, but the toilet seat was broken and shaky. Breakfast was good with variety and lots of local fruits like cherries and apricots. Service is Soviet-style. Pool and spa access is not complimentary for hotel guests. Entry is 3000 drams per person which, considering the higher price of the room compared to more centrally located 4* hotels, is a shame.
