The staff was very friendly, the location was perfect, the master suite was very comfortable and spacious, with a kitchen (kitchenware and dishes must be requested), the mattresses were firm but comfortable, as were the sheets and pillows.
I don't share this positive opinion!! Although the lady at the front desk is attentive, the service leaves a lot, a lot, to be desired!!! They have two very important things wrong. 1. There's no restaurant for dinner!! If you arrive after 9:30 pm, you'll be left without dinner because the service is no longer available, according to the lady at the front desk!! They weren't very nice. 2. The internet!! AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL, AND EVERYTHING THAT FOLLOWS! I think the owners still don't understand that this is exceptional service, especially for those of us who travel on business!! That's why I felt bad!! I hope the owners or partners correct it, but today, July 7, 2025, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!! DO NOT BOOK, DO NOT COME!! Terrible
They didn't schedule the reservation I made through Booking. I was left without a room, and they didn't even bother to offer options because it was THEIR MISTAKE. TERRIBLE. NOT RECOMMENDED.
