If you are looking for a secure, safe and comfortable place to stay, please choose this hotel! The service was fantastic! I was a bit nervous since we asked for a early check-in, but unfortunately, that did not happen, which was OK. We had an appointment in DC that required us to be there in the early afternoon, but we did not want to carry our personal belongings with us. The front desk offered to take our belongings and store them in a safe location and once the room was ready, our belongings would be move to our room. I was a bit nervous on that, since that I have never trusted anyone to do that before. My husband told be to "chill out". So, I trusted them to take our stuff. We did our meeting and arrived well after 11pm that evening. They have a 24/7 valet, which is HUGE in my book. I hate going to a hotel with valet, only to be open during certain hours. Not this wonderful hotel! The valet gentleman was kind and took my car and parked it in an underground garage. The rooms are super comfy and the view was nice over looking the Annapolis Harbor. The Bay Bridge in the background is nice to look at too. Hands down, this is my new favorite hotel in the 100 miles radius and I live in Ocean City, Maryland with 100s of hotels. This is an amazing place and you will not be disappointed!

I recently stayed at the Annapolis Waterfront Hotel while in town for a meeting, and overall, I was very pleased with the experience. The location is absolutely ideal—beautiful views and convenient access to everything the city has to offer. What really stood out to me was the customer focus and professionalism shown by the hotel staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was courteous and attentive. We did experience an issue with the air conditioning one night, which made our rooms uncomfortably hot. While that was a downside, the staff was responsive and worked to address the concern as quickly as possible. A special thank you to the valet team—they truly went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was well taken care of. Their attention to detail and genuine helpfulness did not go unnoticed. All in all, despite the AC issue, I would definitely consider staying here again due to the excellent service and unbeatable location.
