Beautiful hotel, very new and stylish. The confort room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is good. Although a bit small for a 4 star hotel. There is a small swimming pool you can book for yourself for 45 minutes for free, which is an outstanding extra service. There is a room you can use to work. The stuff is very friendly.

We had a wonderful time and hotel is beautiful, rooms were well appointed. we struggled with finding the hotel when we drove into the intramuros but we eventually parked outside the walls and paid for parking. very easy walk to hotel despite our luggages. great stay and highly recommend!

Reading the great reviews we had high expectations. We had to reject the first room because of a horrible sewer smell in the bathroom. After offering to spray the room with “perfume” (!!), the lady at the front desk did offer us another (larger) room. The next morning, breakfast was a disaster. Staffing shortage meant dirty tables, nowhere to sit, buffet not replenished. Complete amateur hour. Only one poor (very nice) lady trying to do everything from check out to helping annoyed guests. It’s a pity because a lot of effort was obviously spent in decor and renovation. The hotel (and the front desk lady) deserves a better management team or the summer season is going to be a fiasco.
