We spent 5 wonderful days at the Annova hotel during spring break in a spacious suite on the 20th floor. The room was roomy and well-appointed, with a kitchenette and a relaxing bathtub in the washroom. As a relatively new hotel, everything was impeccably clean. The service was exceptional, and the spa and large swimming pool were fantastic amenities. While the food options could be more varied compared to other 5-star hotels we've stayed at, our overall experience was excellent. Highly recommend for a comfortable and relaxing stay!
The highlight of our stay was not just the room, but the exceptional service provided by “ ( Mr.Tran Le Thai Cuong and Ms.Thao. )” They truly made our experience memorable. On the first day, we arrived late for check-in, and unfortunately, there was no staff available to assist us at the time. Additionally, the lobby was quite warm, and it seemed the air conditioning wasn't functioning properly. “Mr.Tran Le Thai Cuong” was incredibly helpful during both check-in and check-out. He assisted us with our luggage, for which we are very grateful. ⭐️ Every morning at breakfast, “Ms.Thao” welcomed us with warmth and kindness. She truly is a star! ⭐️ We will definitely come back and hope to see both of you again next time. Thank you, Peachy, Winnie, and Sunshine.
We recently stayed at this so-called 5-star hotel and had mixed feelings about our experience. The staff were undoubtedly friendly and helpful, definitely a highlight. Breakfast was ok. However, we were disappointed with our room. For a 5-star hotel, we expected more. The bathroom felt a bit grimy and had a basic shower curtain, something you rarely see in high-end hotels these days. The doors in the room were also not clean, which affected the overall impression of cleanliness and care. In addition, the hotel was advertised on TV Hotel as having a private beach, but this turned out not to be true. Overall, our stay was okay, but in our opinion, the hotel does not fully live up to its 5-star rating. There is definitely room for improvement, particularly when it comes to the rooms, cleanliness, and providing accurate information.
