Anona is a nice hotel with a minimal modern design. Rooms are huge! Everything is fantastic. I mean we don’t spend much time in the room but whenever we did, it’s fantastic. More than that the staff is quite friendly. Only thing is that they didn’t call us when the room was ready after requesting that they do. Also the price is a bit on high side. But other than that, I love staying here.

Pamela at the front desk was amazing,friendly, professional, and super helpful from start to finish. She made the whole experience at Anona smooth and welcoming. The location is beautiful, but it’s great service like hers that makes me want to come back. The rooms were clean and cozy, the service amazing. Overall super friendly and a great stay.

A special mention to Duty Manager KARATE, who goes above and beyond in every possible way. Her dedication to guest satisfaction is simply remarkable. No request is too big or small—she anticipates needs before you even realize them and handles everything with a smile. Her passion for hospitality is truly inspiring, and she ensures that every guest leaves with a wonderful experience. Then there’s Fang, the coffee girl, who might not speak much, but her warm smile and incredible coffee do all the talking! Every morning, her delicious coffee and cheerful presence created the perfect start to the day. It’s rare to find someone who can brighten up a morning just with their presence, but Fang does it effortlessly. I can’t forget the wonderful Diamond, Pamela, and Golf, who were all such a joy to be around. Each of them brought something special to the team. Pamela, in particular, was adorable with how easily she got scared by the smallest things—it became a funny and endearing part of my stay! Their kindness and hospitality made a lasting impression. Hotel Anona is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience. The team here treats you like family, and the level of service is unmatched.
