Great location, close to attractions and public transport. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff were friendly, helpful, and made the stay feel welcoming. Highly recommend
I had a pleasant 3 days 2 nights stay at Ansa Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The location is excellent — right in the heart of Bukit Bintang with easy access to shopping malls, eateries, and public transport. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and efficient throughout the stay. The only downside was the low water pressure in the shower, which made it a bit inconvenient, especially after a long day out. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.
location was amazing. near to everything. service wise, could be better. did not help us with our bags up the stairs when we were coming up to the reception. receptionists were just staring at us while we struggled. could build a ramp. cleanliness of the room was decent. stains on the bedsheets & a pill on the floor.
