We had an amazing stay at Antalya City. The staff were always smiling, friendly and couldn't do enough to help you. We stayed in a king room with a hot tub, fire place and large balcony. The room was very spacious and had plenty of storage space. The furniture on the balcony was very comfortable and was such a nice relaxing space to spend time in the evenings. The balcony had a roof/canopy that could open if you wanted to sit in the sun. Our room was cleaned every day and to a high standard. There is a restaurant, seating next to the reception with a fireplace and tv, seating in a garden type area and seating around the pool. The pool area was kept spotless. There were always sunbeds available around the pool. The seating areas around the pool had shade if you wanted and many people ate their meals in this area. It is located in the town near a main strip of shops and supermarkets. They offer a shuttle bus to L'arena beach which is a short distance from the main area on Lara beach. The hotel also has spa facilities.
We had a great stay with friends! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. It would be even better if it went on until 12 instead of 11 (we like to sleep in xD). Overall, we had a very nice holiday.
I booked this hotel on booking.com where there were deceptive photos showing that it’s located by the beach when in reality it’s a 30 min taxi drive. When I mentioned it to the receptionist they said they had a shuttle to the beach. When I asked to take the shuttle they said they didn’t have it so I had to take the taxi and they also sent me to the most awful trashy beach place that I’ve ever visited in my life. The jacuzzi in the room takes hours to fill up with water and when it finally is close to full it’s already cold and also terribly uncomfortable. There was a psychotic episode of one of the guests next door for two days in a row. Overall quite a strange experience in a strange town which was my transiting spot.
