Antalya Hotel Amman

We arrived last minute at the hotel. The hotel looks nice and the reception looks clean. The prices the receptionist gave us were way higher than online. He could give us a "good" deal he said but there was still a difference of 10 dinars more. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the shower in the morning. When i mentioned it at the reception I got the feedback back that i needed to call the reception for this instead of excusing and telling me they'll see what the problem is and trying to fix it... Next to that, they try to let us pay an extra fee for "cleaning the sheets". when i said the small stain was washable yourself. I proposed theoretically that I can come clean myself. I ended up going back to my room and cleaning the stain out of the sheet myself. We took all the linen off and cleaned the bed. When I confronted the cleaning guy with the fact this cleaning took me 5 seconds. It all of a sudden was the "mattress" that was stained. The sheets weren't dirty and after pulling all the sheets of the mattress myself I can confirm there were no stains on the mattress. I can also confirm he looked at it for 1sec without even checking the mattress as all the sheets were still on it when I went back to the room. It felt more like they were just trying to get another 12 dinars out of it. He emotionally manipulated us in telling "I'll have to pay for it if you don't". I felt so disturbed and bad that he said this, I can't believe they let me go clean the sheets myself, honestly never had this experience in all the hotels I visited.

They hotel staff doesn't have any communication skills, I called them to check if they have a room for 2 ppl and they lady confirmed that they have and after driving 45 minutes there were only rooms with king size bed available They wast my time and it was late at night.

Very very bad. Room was unclean and not ready to stay in. No towels or even a trash bin were provided in the room. We found hair and dirt inside the room. We even found a coffee stain on the bed cover. Not recommended. Staff are nice but not professional at all.
