There are very beautiful photos on the website, in reality my room turned out to be small. Strange position of the bed (apparently they just moved 2 standing on the sides), you can’t get to the window. The first time, when I was staying as a single person (2 beds were pushed together), I only had 1 pillow. A second pillow and a second blanket were in the closet, but without a pillowcase or duvet cover. The bedspreads are all stained, the walls in the bathroom are not very clean, apparently because the area is very small. I don’t recommend taking breakfast: in the refrigerator there is a paper bag, a pancake with filling in plastic, a cottage cheese casserole with condensed milk, a tea bag and choco pie. Pros: the girls at the reception are very helpful, just like family. Close to the metro. The room has an air conditioner (I didn’t check if it works), and a heater in the closet. It’s good that they installed a shower stall (this influenced my choice when booking), it’s nice that there is a towel for your feet and not a reusable mat). Accordingly, there are only 2 towels left for the body and for hands. The mattress is very comfortable, the bed linen is clean, we were able to relax.
From my opinion it isn't 4stars hotel. Stayed there for 2 nights and it was certainly a diferrent kind of hotel. Located just in the 3rd floor of a building on central nevsky avenue in an old block. the room it is big and clean room and bathroom is small. The staff was oofful. He barely spoke english and the receptionist wanted to pay the extra bed once more when he was already paid. The breakfast in the small kitchen was not full of many diferrent dishes but it was very nice and they even asked us what we want each day for breakfast so that they prepare it instantly like eggs, omelette, pancakes or sausages. People are paranoia with strangers/tourists.
