The hotel's decor is beautiful, and the rooms are very nice and equipped with everything we needed. We were welcomed with a lovely letter and cookies! Delicious breakfasts, a wide selection of food and drinks, and the hotel's location is also excellent—right next to the metro and a shop. We enjoyed our stay very much; we lacked nothing and felt very comfortable. The staff were wonderful; everyone was very kind, especially Angelo, Marcos and Manuela, wonderful people who took excellent care of us! I recommend it to everyone :)
Great service and hospitality – would definitely return! We stayed at this hotel during a very hot period in Milan, and although our stay started with a few minor issues, the staff made all the difference. Our first room (908) was generally fine, though the bottom of the shower doors was quite dirty. The main challenge was the air conditioning. With outside temperatures close to 40°C, the AC couldn’t cool the room below 25°C, even when set to 18°C. We reported the issue to the reception. I don’t remember the name of the man working there — only that he was from Egypt — but he was extremely kind and helpful. He quickly arranged for someone to check the air conditioning. When that didn’t fix the problem, the general manager personally came to assist us. He completely understood the situation and kindly moved us to a new room (612), which was perfect. Thanks to their outstanding service, our stay turned around completely. All the staff we met were friendly, professional, and very service-minded. Because of them, we had a great time in Milan — and we’ll definitely choose this hotel again when we return! And just for Information, the breakfast was very delicious! 🇳🇴❤️🇩🇪
We stayed here 3 nights. It was one of the most economical finds. It is a bit removed from the main parts of Milan. But a taxi would cost us from 17-19 euros one way. There is a metro station near by. The hotel was always clean. Any issue we had with the room they quickly came to address it. I noticed that the AC has their own preset timer and it shuts off. When I called they would turn it back on. The bathroom had a good amount of space and was in perfect condition. There wasn’t much noise. There are a few restaurants nearby. We even found a Peruvian restaurant within a 10 minute walk. Overall it was a great stay. I didn’t much like the food at their restaurant but their breakfast buffet was pretty good.
