It's okay affordable and quiet place to stay in a safe and nice area

A lot of issues. I made the reservation and when I got to hotel I was told I booked for next month. But I know that’s not correct we never received any confirmation. I had screen shoot of reservation because I always do that but it did not have any dates. No email was ever sent to us to confirm although email was correct and yes we checked spam. We had to pay additional fees for the rate of that day over $500 pesos. 2. The tub was dirty with lots of hair and the tub is messed up like paint/hole on the rubber cover of the tub was coming off. The bathroom seemed to need some upgrading. 3. There is a club across the street that I didn’t see in the reviews and it is super loud. It’s an all night techno, the bass was not easy to sleep with We came here to rest and be comfortable after a 10 hour drive and another 10 hours the next day. This hotel has a club next door expect loud noice till about 11pm then noice seems to go down a bit. Ordered food, took a while but the arrachera tacos were very good and the club sandwich. The Caesar salad was really small.

If you carry valuble stuff with you do NOT leave behind in rooms! The day I checked out ( I was there for a day) I left a small box of jewlery that same day I called back to see if they had found it and they said that they did not find anything. I have called almost everyday ( a week now) to see if they have found it and they claim that there was nothing left behind. Now I know it was my fault for forgetting it BUT I know it was left there becuase I was traveling that day that I checked out and my suitcase was not opened unitl I landed to my destination. The suitcase was the same as I left it everything was in it expect the box so NO it was not the airport! The hotel claims there is nothing which is false!! They just decide to take the jewlery inseted (which is stealing!!).
