Stayed here a few days for work. Rooms are spacious and clean. Only complaint is mattress is a little old and soft (dimple where people sleep). Breakfast is good. All staff at the front desk can speak English. Area is pretty good except it's close to the Candelaria church so it could get noisy during festivals
Nice, clean. Nice rooms fancy bathrooms and balconies. All the front staff speak English. Beds are a bit weird, kind of small and on wheels. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and the attached Italian restaurant does a great (but pricy) Friday night buffet.
Hotel, spacious rooms, like it. Spa. They have massages and cosmetic treatments reasonably priced. Exterior pool is not tempered. Didn't like the gym schedule, Sundays, Saturdays afternoon and Mon to Fridays from 13 to 17.15, is closed, what? Restaurants, they're okay, the buffet doesn't surprise, Casino, smaller and older compared to others in Chile. It has live shows
