Great location, at the top of Istanbul. Amazing hotel, staff was really good and friendly. Lost my wallet and they delivered it back, free of charge.

Location Good, But Service and Rooms Disappointing. The gym and sauna is another disappointing thing to add to the list. Steam room was out of service. The hotel's location is excellent, but that's where the positive experience ends. The rooms are incredibly small and have an unpleasant odor. AC doesn’t work properly. What truly detracted from our stay was the unacceptable rudeness of the staff. The reception lady, in particular, was overtly nice when trying to sell us activities (presumably for commission) but became extremely rude when we asked simple questions about the hotel. The night staff member with glasses exhibited the exact same unhelpful and rude demeanor. Given these issues, I would not recommend this hotel. Save your money and book it somewhere else!

The location is ideal. But the hotel was disappointing. Very small rooms, you feel claustrophobic. No space to even open the luggage. Not kid friendly.
