Beautiful little hotel/restaurant/bar/store in a beautiful small town in the hills of Lake Como. Perfect place for a quite night after the crowded touristic sights of the lake. The owners are very nice and accommodating, the rooms are large and comfortable, fully equipped with all amenities (except AC I think). The restaurant and bar are great, tasty stuff, good prices. You can get sandwiches made in the convenience store for lunch on the lake. A public car park is nearby, sometimes full but we always found a place to park. It's not walking distance to anywhere so car required. Would recommend 100%!

Only stopped for food, this review for the restaurant- Incredible food, warm and lively atmosphere, restauranteur was very friendly and clearly gets to know his regulars well. Cannot recommend highly enough

The hotel and restaurant were nice. The location was beautiful but difficult to manage without a car. The hotel was kind enough to send a car for us when we first arrived in Faggeto Lario by ferry and realized we couldn’t walk to the hotel. They were also very helpful in putting us in contact with a taxi driver so we could make it to Como the next day, and gave us some information about the bus system too. If you have a vehicle or are looking for peaceful solitude, this is a great place. The room (small apartment really) we stayed in was very cute, spacious, clean and comfortable. There was no AC, which was manageable while we were there in early June, but if you’re very sensitive to the heat it might be something to consider.
