We've just returned from a fantastic holiday week at this place.Great location,far enough from hectic places and close enough to drive to the beach in 40 min.Maremma is a different world yet to discover.Pitigliano, Montemerano, Sovana, ect are less known than other parts of Tuscany and you can still feel authenticity there.If you really want to experience a slow life,italian style this is your place to stay.The place offers fantastic views,and space to relax.We stay together 2 families -4 adults and 3 kinds-and we all loved it.Pools are great; surrounded with green,the appartments are of great size-70 m2 and well equipped-.You do what you want,either you do your own catering either you choose to go for their breakfast and meals.No pressure,here you'll experience the right balance between a good service and respecting your privacy and choices.Matteo and his team run this place with passion and dedication and you can clearly sense this.Pet friendly place.Will definitely return :)

Fantastic dinner experience if you want to taste real tuscan grilled meat and other amazing meat preparations, they produce their wine, oil and gin. Location was astonishing with a terrace overlooking the town of scansano. Loved it, cannot recommend more

We only stayed one night and wish we had stayed longer. The service was exceptional from check in to check out. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast was delicious. The setting and room was so peaceful following our time in the city. Cannot wait to return.
