With litteraly tears in my eyes I left this beautifull house. First of all, the hospitality of Fernando is very genuine and heartwarming. We felt INCREDIBLY welcome and at home. And what a home this was. This house has everything you wish for (alright alright if I MUST mention something we've missed, it would be that the wifi was not always working and could be very slow). BUT: very well equipped kitchen and a nice shower (best we had this vacation). A cozy place to sit outside, in the mornings and evenings. Good location, close to the highway. Lots of fun things to do in the area (for example sailing on lake Trasimeno, going on a daytrip to Montepulciano). But staying 'home' is definitely no punishement, with the beautifull view and garden (thank you for your own grown vegetables Fernando). And your little dog is adorable. Fernando responds quickly, and was always very helpfull if we needed anything. This is a place to come back to. Highly recommended!!

A dream place, where you can spend time in total relaxation, immersed in nature. The structure is truly breathtaking, with an incredible view. We stayed in the Mary apartment, truly characteristic, with a table on the veranda for breakfast with a view. The owner is incredibly kind and precise. Recommended for those who need to relax and completely disconnect from the daily routine, taking a full immersion in poetry and beauty. We will definitely be back!

Such a peaceful place. Even in July you sleep wonderful in fresh conditions. The apartement is airy and characterful. Fernando, doggy and cats are very friendly and really good hosts.
