What a fabulous hotel with exceptional customer service. The air conditioning was superb, you can chrome cast on the TV to make you feel at home. We even saw the concierge, I believe his name is Andreas, walk a sick guest all the way to the pharmacy to help her. The breakfast was delicious, beds are comfortable, rooms are quiet and the location was also excellent. My friend and I had a wonderful and relaxing time.
Excellent luxury hotel in a beautufully renovated palazzo. Very clean and well presented room, that was super quiet as I'd requested. First class central location by the cathedral. And above all some of the most helpful staff I have ever encountered in a hotel. Particularly impressive was how on the front desk staff knew exactly how your requests were being dealt with even if they were not the people you had first dealt with. The service was seamless. I would definitely stay here again if revisting Siracusa.
To begin with reception was friendly and helpful. Rooms were exemplary, everyday! Breakfast was presented and served well. The staff was the BEST!!!! Friendly, always present.
