Dirty! Smelly! Don’t go here! We booked for one night because we were traveling by car. The lady that “helped” us was not friendly at all, we had tot walk so many stairs up with our suitcases and todler and nobody helped us one bit. The room SMELLED DISGUSTING, the bathroom is unbareable really gross. The balcony wich we paid for was terrible look at the photo’s and there was MOLD in the sheets. The towels were dirty with yellow stains in there, the shampoo had already been opened and the soap too. It was so gross but the smell was THE WORST. When I asked the employer about the dirty room all he could say was “I’m just and employee” wich I understand but they don’t do anything with your complain. Please don’t go here!!!

I want to make a very clear comment for those who are looking at the reviews and about to make a decision, which I have done myself, but unfortunately I came across positive reviews, they are probably their own. I didn't particularly look at the negative reviews. I made my reservation through Otelz for a 2-night stay. I don't know how to describe it, but this hotel is a disgrace, a slum, a complete mess. There is no cleaning, the rooms are falling apart, the shower cabin is broken and old, the toilet paper they put in with such condescension is hard to determine the quality anymore, the coffee and tea are just not worth it, if you talk about sound insulation, you can hear it from other rooms, the breakfast is the cheapest and worst ingredients, very inadequate, and so much more. It's a complete money trap, and the amount they charge per night is not that low, you can check it out. I hope it helps those making a decision.
