we were very happy with our stay, the staff was very nice to us all the time, especially Bellboy Ersin and Sevcan. the rooms were nice although a bit small for 3 people in the room, but otherwise great. the one thing that i have to point out is that the breakfast was a bit weak, i wish we had more options. very good location at a very popular zone and very safe.
The hotel has a good location walking distance with the tram and all main sightseeings. Rooms are clean a bit small though. Breakfast was very complete and Kamal is super friendly, attentive and cares aboutthe guests. Thank you.
Ersin Sevcan Murat sur Lovely people, friendly and respectful and good communication. Lovely foods, the place is clean and beautiful easy to the location you want to go. Everything is near by and the receptionist will call taxi for your services if you want or need them. For sure I will recommend anyone to go there.
