Antik Konak Sultanahmet Luxury Apart Hotel

It was a one-week trip with my parents and this accommodation is highly recommended! We stayed in this accommodation twice, 2 nights and then 1 night. Apparently, there are 4 floors and each floor is for each room in the house. The exterior is very neatly a traditional type of house in Turkish architecture and the interior was the same. The room was so lit! My parents were like... oh it reminds them of their parent's house. and it indeed reminds me of my grandparents' house even some of the types of furniture. very homey and glad the washing machine and other amenities were working as well. I think this house was built in 1969. I would say it's very close to The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace Museum. The hotel is right in front of the Little Hagia Sophia mosque so if you are Muslim, you can enjoy this 6th century building while praying. The surroundings were very quiet and a lot of shops nearby. On our first stay, we were assigned to stay on level 3 and it was super spacious, maybe fitting up to 7 people. While on our second stay, we stayed on level 4, which has a sea view behind the Little Hagia Sophia mosque but it's rather dusty. The owner insisted on bringing our luggage to our room, on our first stay it was 25 kg and then we left it in the owner's house after check out. Then the second stay (new luggage) was almost 20 kg.

Все очень понравилось! Классный отель в классическом турецком стиле: дизайн супер! В номерах очень чисто, свежайшее белье и полотенца, хозяева очень доброжелательные, помогали решать вопросы, которые даже не касались проживания. В номерах есть все, что заявлено. Останавливались два раза и радостью остановимся еще. Очень близко к достопримечательностям. Рекомендую.

Didn't have a pleasant experience because 1- AC was not working in 1 room and the other room's AC wasn't much cooler 2-Pictures shown in the website are somewhat misleading However, Mr Adam( Manager) was a gentle person who amicably agreed to cancel the booking
