Wow, this hotel at very beautiful place. If you take off '북한산 우이' station, you can see rock mountain and you to be fascinating with this. Also Hotel is gorgeous and as well inside so cozy. And there's so many various restaurants, you can choice any, and lots of convenient stores. And I recommend you tracking adjacent by hotel.
Best hotel experience I've ever had. The experience was seamless from start to finish. Amazing!
1. Lack of Clear Guidance on Extra Bedding at Check-in We booked a room for two adults and one child, and later added two infants under 36 months (who stay free of charge), making a total of two adults and two infants. At check-in, we were informed of an additional charge for the extra guests, which we paid. The staff told us that extra towels, bathrobes, and slippers would be brought to our room, and that we could also request additional bedding. However, we were not informed at check-in that extra bedding might be in limited supply. Had we been told, and if it had been made clear that bedding should be requested and paid for at check-in rather than charged to the room, we would have asked for it right away. The hotel was aware of the total number of guests, including two infants and two adults beyond the standard room capacity, but check-in proceeded without any issues. Around 6 PM, we called the front desk to request extra bedding, only to be told that none was available. We called again and explained that there were only two beds and a sofa (which could not be converted into a bed) in the room, and that there were no extra blankets, mattresses, or pillows. We also mentioned that one adult was pregnant and that we had two infants under 36 months with us. We asked if at least a blanket could be provided if a full bedding set was not available. The staff member said they would check and get back to us, but we never received a call back. After some time, a staff member arrived with a couple of thin blankets and two pillows. Unfortunately, the blankets were more like throws and not suitable for sleeping. In the end, we had to lay one of the bed comforters on the floor as a makeshift mattress. Overall, this was a deeply disappointing experience for a hotel at this price point and brand level. The lack of backup bedding during full occupancy reflects poor preparation and customer service. I would not expect such a response from other hotels of similar caliber. 2. Room Condition We reserved the Timber Suite Kids room, but there was little evidence of consideration for children in the room’s design. The regular door (not a sliding door) separating the living room and bedroom made a loud creaking noise whenever it was opened or closed, loud enough to wake a sleeping child. The bathroom door with the toilet had a loose, rattling hinge and was poorly maintained. There were no safety features or guards at child height, which made the use of the word “Kids” in the room’s name questionable. 3. Outdoor Pool Flooring Condition The outdoor pool was accessible both directly from outside and through the indoor sauna and pool area. Like most guests, we entered after changing and showering indoors. At the indoor sauna, we were instructed to leave our footwear in personal lockers before entering. However, there was no notice or warning about the rough and painful surface of the outdoor pool floor. Had we been informed, we would have brought our own footwear. The floor was uncomfortable—even painful for adults—and we saw many other guests visibly struggling with it. 4. Overall Impression This was our first stay at Paraspara, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations in terms of service or attention to detail. The basic room rate for our stay was ₩849,000, including breakfast for two adults and one child. While this may not be considered expensive for some, I seriously question whether the service level matched the cost. As it stands, I have no intention of rebooking at this price and under these conditions—unless there’s a dramatic discount through a deal site. 😊
