The building from the outside looks a little old but unkempt, but, on the inside, everything is very high standard. The rooms are clean and spacious, and some of them offer a great view of the Meteora Rocks. The dinner in the restaurant is good, though a bit plain. The breakfast is a lot better. The service is great as well. The location of this hotel is very convenient, as it is close to the main street of Kalampaka, which is full of plazas, shops, cafes and restaurants.

Clean and with all amenities, mini bar, good food, our room was maybe a bit small, especially bathroom, that why rating 4. Pool on the roof with a wonderful view.

It was an amazing experience When we arrived we realized how much they cared in that they wanted us to use our own towels since they knew hotel towels a rougher. I had forgotten mine so they were so nice to bring me one anyway when I kindly asked them for one. Th A/C almost worked after 3 attempts to fix it but the final solution was of course to use the beautiful natural ventilation system instead. To give us a great feel for nature the toilet provided a constant stream of water to remind us of the beautiful nature just besides. But since it was a waste of water we mentioned it and then they of course made sure that it could not flush at all since that would save the water we were so concerned about. Speaking of water, the shower floor was only half there so we could feel useful in helping the cleaning later by already wetting the floor with water. It is always nice feeling that you are contributing. However, this room was so nice that we would love others to experience it so we went to the reception and told them how unworthy we were of such a great room and they graciously gave us another. Luckily that had such a small shower that we could still help with the cleaning of the bathroom which seemed to be needed. The breakfast was amazing. I love water and that is just what their orange juice was. The bread was so hard that it could dent the table, so I took a piece with me because I do not like to be unarmed. This hotel might once have been a 4 star hotel but in my heart it will always be a 5 star hotel. One for each star shining through the curtain since we only had one of two blackening curtains in the room
