Antonie Hotel superior

We went for a family trip over a weekend and had a great time in Antonie Hotel. The hotel is fairly new, rooms cozy and there are plenty of activities to do - from spa to tennis or badminton. Hotel staff are super kind, they always tried to help and made our stay very relaxed. Last but not least - the food is amazing. One must love their bufet dinners with so many delicious options.

I like the surroundings, the food and the pleasant staff. There are many things for children to do, and even a decent fitness room. The rooms are big and have a great bathroom, but the beds are horrific (for me), because they are so hard. Every night is worse, and my body is lacking sleep. Looking forward to coming home again.

Disappointing Experience and Lack of Flexibility!! I visited yesterday morning (17-08) the Antonie Hotel, eager to experience its wellness. To my dismay, after driving for 25 minutes, I was informed by the receptionist that the wellness center was full. While I understood this, I decided to briefly survey the area, only to find it completely empty. When I pointed this out, I was told that guests might arrive in the next 30 minutes. Considering I was only one person and intended to stay for just an hour, I felt it would have been reasonable to make a minor exception. To verify the receptionist's claim, I decided to have a drink on the terrace and keep an eye on the situation. No one arrived during that time, and the wellness center remained vacant. I am disheartened not only by the inaccurate information I was provided but also by the inflexible nature of the staff. While rules and policies are essential, an exceptional establishment knows when to apply them sensibly. It was frustrating to have wasted time driving to a place only to be turned away due to an apparent adherence to rules, even when logic dictated otherwise. I hope that in the future, Antonie Hotel will consider the individual experiences of its patrons and apply discretion where necessary.
