Our stay at the Mövenpick was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled in a prime location, the hotel offers convenient access to everything one could wish for—whether it’s the spiritual serenity of nearby holy sites or the ease of reaching restaurants, shopping centers, and local attractions. The surroundings are vibrant yet peaceful, making it the perfect retreat after a long day. What truly made our experience unforgettable, however, was the warm welcome and outstanding service provided by Mr. Khaled at the reception. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel genuinely cared for. His professionalism, patience, and attentiveness went far beyond expectations. Whether it was assisting with check-in, offering helpful tips about the area, or ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay, Mr. Khaled's hospitality left a lasting impression. It's rare to come across someone so dedicated to guest satisfaction, and he truly represents the heart and soul of Mövenpick. Because of him, our stay felt more personal, more comfortable, and more memorable. Highly recommended—not just for the excellent location and amenities, but for the exceptional people like Mr. Khaled who make you feel at home. We’ll definitely return!

I had a reservation for two rooms: one with a large bed and another with two separate beds. However, when I arrived, the receptionist mistakenly gave me a room with four beds. I explained that it wasn’t what I had booked and asked her to correct it. After waiting for about 10 minutes, she told me she couldn’t do anything because many people were waiting — which left me feeling disappointed and exhausted. Luckily, another staff member who was sitting in the manager’s office noticed me and came over to ask if she could help. I explained my situation to her, and she immediately took care of everything with professionalism and kindness. She corrected the mistake and gave us exactly the rooms we had reserved. Her calm and respectful attitude made a big difference… even my niece was happy and excited to speak with her. Although I don’t know her name, I truly appreciate her help. She’s a great example of someone who respects her work and the guests, and she turned a negative experience into a very positive one. Thank you..

★☆☆☆☆ Dirty Room, Filthy Washroom — Not Worth the Price My stay at Anwar Al Madinah Mövenpick was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty, with stained carpets, dusty surfaces, and an unpleasant smell. The washroom was even worse — mold in the shower, hair on the floor.. It was clear that proper cleaning and maintenance were not a priority. For a hotel that claims to be five-star and charges premium rates, this was completely unacceptable. The only good thing is the location, but hygiene and cleanliness were far below any reasonable standard. I expected much better. Washroom smells like a hospitals washroom. Washroom is worse than a public toilet. It's your money give it a try and you will definatly disappointed if you ever experience a 5-star hotel before in your life. I don't understand how the system do the ranking and give this hotel a 5-star rating. I will never ever stay there again even if they give me a free stay.
