I do like Anya Hotel. I tried Anya Premiere first which is a 5-Star Hotel nearby which also (as the name suggests) belongs to Anya. This time i wanted to try the 4-star Anya experience to have a comparison. Well i can say both are equally good. Of course there some differences that are noticeable. For example the quality of the furniture and interior of the room, especially bathroom. You can see that in Anya Hotel it is used a lot and may need a replacement soon. It still does work perfectly. It just looks worn out. Also the service is a bit more different but i guess that’s because there were 2 large groups in front of us and the reception was a overwhelmed so that the treatment felt like impersonal. But that’s it what i experienced. Other than that Anya Hotel doesn’t have to hide behind Anya Premiere. The rooms are clean and modern. AC works perfectly and bathroom is clean and not smelly. The breakfast buffet cost 150k VNĐ extra per person if it’s not included in your booking. I can surely recommend to buy a ticket for it as it’s really worth the money. Everything is fresh and taste good. Also decoration and display of the food is nice and neatly arranged. All in all it was a pleasant experience even if it was just a day. 5/5 salutes 🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡
Amazing experience staying by Anya Hotel , wonderful and helpful staffs , feel home and in a classy high-end , sparking clean hotels room. I had an amazing staying by their hotel. Thanks a lot for your wonderful service. Definitely book for my next staying in Quy Nhon .
Stayed 2 Nights – Beware! Would not recommend. I stayed here with my family for two nights. While the location is convenient and the hotel itself is acceptable, the customer service left much to be desired, especially for a place that claims to be a 4-star establishment. My experience with the manager, Dinh Thi Ngoc Oanh, was extremely disappointing. After being quoted double the price over the phone to extend my stay, I opted to book through Agoda instead to simplify the process. However, once I did, the manager’s demeanor changed entirely—she was unfriendly, dismissive, and had an attitude. When I returned to the hotel, I discovered that our room keys had been deactivated by 5 PM, and I was informed that I either needed to pay an additional $100 USD or move to the exact same room type on the 9th floor. This wasn’t about the extra cost—it was about how the situation was handled. Additionally, the captain, Tran Thi Nhu Lan, was not helpful or understanding. Her attitude mirrored the manager’s, which further soured our experience. I understand that hotels are businesses, but customer service should always come first in hospitality. Unfortunately, at this hotel, it felt like all they cared about was money, not the customer experience. To their credit, the doormen and other staff were polite, but a hotel’s management and leadership set the tone for the entire operation. For a 4-star hotel, the service was closer to 2 stars. If you, like me, value being greeted warmly and treated with respect, I would not recommend staying here. Even if the rate were $10 a night, I wouldn’t return. To the hotel owners: Please train your staff on the fundamentals of customer service. Attitudes like the ones I experienced from your manager and captain are unacceptable in this industry, especially in a tourist destination. For travelers considering this hotel: There are two Anya hotels in Quy Nhon—Anya Hotel and Anya Premier. I can’t speak for the latter, but if the service here is any indication, I’d look for somewhere else.
